I guess baby sprout is wondering what it's doing
in an apartment on the 6th floor.
Anyway, it is doing OK, just taking it slowly this week.
So, today I will introduce you my new fave salad
arugula, endive, figs, caramelized pecans, and goat cheese
with red wine reduction,
